  • Conducting health and wellness screenings.
  • Providing immunizations, and other medical services, such as taking blood pressure, temperature measurements, and checking blood sugar levels.
  • Keeping accurate customer records.
  • Ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
  • Completing operational requirements of the pharmacy, including verifying order entries, maintaining records of controlled substances, charges, and removing expired and/or damaged drugs from the pharmacy’s inventory.
  • Adhering to applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures governing pharmaceutical practice.

Need Specifics: INCREASED RATE! This is a general xray/CT position. Will look at techs with CT experience if they aren't certified. This is the Pitman schedule: consists of a 2-week cycle where each team works 2 consecutive shifts, followed by 2 days off duty, works 3 consecutive shifts, followed by 2 days off duty, works 2 consecutive shifts, followed by 3 days off duty. Rad tech will get 36 hours one week and 48 the next.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

· Verifying patients' identity and reviewing physicians’ orders before beginning x-ray procedures.

· Using x-ray equipment to take radiographic images of patients' bones, tissues, and organs as per physicians’ written orders.

· Explaining x-ray procedures to patients and answering their questions.

· Positioning patients accordingly, which may include lifting and moving patients with limited mobility.

· Limiting patients' exposure to radiation by placing lead shields on patients where needed.

· Ensuring that the x-rays taken are of sound quality to prevent repeat procedures.

· Working closely with the resident Radiologist to determine whether further tests are required.

· Ensuring that the x-ray equipment is regularly serviced and in good working order.

· Promptly notifying management of damaged or malfunctioning x-ray equipment.

· Maintaining an accurate record of completed x-ray procedures.

Technician Requirements:

· Bachelor's or associate's degree in radiologic technology, radiology, or a related field.

· Certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

· Appropriate state licensure.

· Proven experience working as an X-ray technician.

· Ability to move or lift patients.

· Ability to stand for extended periods.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Effective written and verbal communication skills.

· A patient and compassionate disposition.

Need Specifics: Friday -Sunday, 7p-7a: Responsible for obtaining blood and/or outpatient body fluid samples and cultures from newborns, infants, children, adolescents, adults, geriatric (birth- 110 years) inpatients and outpatients, and Emergency patients. The Technologist performs Clinical Laboratory procedures, Quality Assurance, and instrument maintenance. Technologists are responsible for the accurate performance of Laboratory technical procedure testing, manually and with automated instrumentation on patient samples, proficiency testing samples, and Quality Control samples. Also responsible for: record keeping, both manually and computerized; the monitoring of, and performance of, instrument calibrations and function checks; and the monitoring of Laboratory supply levels. Required to assist in training new technical staff, clinical assistants, and phlebotomist following approved policies and procedures. Review of QC and patient result logs on daily shifts as worked. Works under the general supervision of the Laboratory General Supervisor and Laboratory Technical Supervisor and the Pathologist, Laboratory Director.

  • Licensure/Certification: MT.
  • BLS Certification in AHA.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, label and analyze samples (blood, toxic, tissue etc.)
  • Design and execute laboratory testing according standard procedures, make observations and interpret findings
  • Conduct experiments under defined conditions to verify/reject various types of hypotheses using refined scientific methods
  • Organize and store all chemicals substances, fluids and compressed gases according to safety instructions
  • Record all data and results in specified forms (paper and electronic) with accuracy and responsibility
  • Maintain equipment and assist in ordering laboratory supplies
  • Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed strictly at all times and maintain a clean and orderly environment

Certified Surgical Technician Certification OR 2 years scrub experience in an OR setting;
Ensure the preparation and maintenance of the sterile field;
Perform scrub functions;
BLS;

Perform instrument counts prior to each procedure;
Secure and prepare all supplies required for surgical intervention;
Follow all federal, state and departmental safety procedures.
Requirements:

Requires strict adherence to policies and regulations regarding maintenance of sterile field;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required;
Requires eligibility for certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist obtained from the NBSTSA;
Requires maintaining Basic Life Support Certification; AHA
Requires knowledge of name and function of surgical equipment and instrumentation;
Licensure/certification/registration: Current Surgical Tech certification or experience requirement required;
