We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Physical Therapist to work in a hospital setting in Kingman, KS.

Full time physical therapist, to complete Evals, re-assessments and treatments for both Inpatient and Outpatient Rehab setting in a rural critical access setting. Treatments include use of standard modalities, exercise and manual therapy treatment techniques for a variety of conditions and ages. Documentation systems: Net Therapy for outpatient and CPSI for inpatient.

Hours:

Start time 8 or 8:30, 8 hour day with 30 minute lunch break.

Length of contract:

• 13 weeks with a possibility of an extension, that depends on if you enjoy working at the facility and they feel you’re a good match.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have at least 2 years of PT experience
• Must have at least one year of recent PT experience
• Must have an active and unrestricted PT license in the State of KS

EDUCATION:

• Must have an active and unrestricted PT license

*Candidates must provide a copy of all diplomas and/or certifications to support stated qualification

CERTIFICATES/LICENSURE:

• Must have an active and unrestricted PT license
• Must have an active BLS certification
