We are currently seeking a qualified Rad Tech for a Hospital in Chanute, KS
Specialty: Clinical Laboratory (Laboratory)
Shift: 8 Hour Days
Need Specifics: This will be a 10a-6p M-F position. They would like if the candidate to have the skills to draw blood and perform testing in Chemistry, Hematology, and Serology departments. Blood banking experience would be nice but that would not be a deal breaker.
- Licensure/Certification: MT.
- BLS Certification in AHA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Decisions concerning sample collection and handling
- Daily instrument maintenance and quality control
- Sample testing
- Collection and interpretation of data
- Maintenance of accurate records and reporting of data
- Knowledge of critical values
