We are currently seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse, for Honesdale, PA

Job Discription:
Assess camper & staff medical needs and apply first aid for minor injuries when applicable

Monitor & treat minor ailments like tummy aches, sore throats, & headaches

Coordinate visits to other health providers or medical facility when necessary

Administer prescription & over the counter medications to campers & some staff

Effectively communicate with parents, campers, staff, and co-workers

Monitor health & cleanliness standards & maintain organized & detailed medical files

Ability to take initiative, make decisions, & be a team player

Job Details include:
Living accommodations include private air-conditioned room, laundry, 3 meals per day, access to lake, camp facilities and camp activities

Weekly salary starting at $1,000/week for full-time live at camp, room and board included.

Key Qualifications:
Current medical license & BLS certification. Nurses are required to be licensed in the State of PA.

Collaborative, passion for working with kids, effective communication skills, positive attitude with lots of energy, flexible, team-player.
